Abstract Submission for Oral/Poster Presentations
For those who are only interested in giving an Oral Presentation without full paper publications
- Submit your abstract through the online submission system.
- In the note form at the submission system, please specify "abstract for oral (or poster) presentation".
- Abstracts must be submitted as a .DOC file using the abstract template.
Abstracts submitted for presentation only will not be published in any journal. The Conference Abstract Proceedings are distributed for communication purposes only. Acceptance or rejection notices will be sent within two weeks via msam@msamconf.org.
Full Paper for Conference Proceedings
Authors are invited to submit technical papers on their research relevant to the conference theme. Accepted full papers will get published in MSAM 2027 conference proceedings: IET Conference Proceedings Scopus & EI Compendex
- Manuscripts must be formatted according to the conference template.
- For papers to be published in Conference Proceedings, there will be a charge of USD 60 for each additional page beyond 5 pages.
- Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) is strongly prohibited. Paper originality will be checked for several times during the review process and before publication.
The peer-review process takes approximately 4-8 weeks; acceptance results will be announced afterwards.
Selected full paper for SCI Indexed Journal
High-quality full papers may be recommended for publication in SCI-indexed journals after the peer-review process.
- No specific journal formatting is required at the initial submission stage.
- After acceptance, the organizing committee will recommend a suitable journal and provide the corresponding template.
SCI journal publication fees are not included in the regular conference registration fee. Please contact msam@msamconf.org for details.
