All fees are listed in HKD. Early registration is encouraged to take advantage of discounted rates.

The early bird rate applies to registrations completed on or before 20 May 2027. The regular rate takes effect starting 21 May 2027.

Registration Notices
1. Payment should be made in HKD. Please confirm with us in advance if you prefer to make payment in alternative currency. Please note that all bank transfer charges or transaction fees shall be borne by the participant/payer.2. Student fee is ONLY applicable to students who are the FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from relevant academic departments should be provided.
3. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Please fill and return this registration form along with payment proof to msam@msamconf.org. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact us for details).
4. The registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee and paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.
Payment Methods
Bank Transfers- Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper/abstract ID.

- After logging into the system, click "more" - "Pay Registration Fee via Credit Card" to initiate an online payment request, and then complete the payment using the link received via email.

Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to a substitute delegate, the following refund policy applies:All refund requests must be made in writing to msam@msamconf.org.
- Before and on 20 May 2027: Full Refund with a deduction of a 10% handling fee;
- From 21 May to 20 June 2027: 50% of Payment Refund;
- After 20 June 2027: No Refund.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of delays or force majeure events, which include but are not limited to natural disasters (such as fires, earthquakes, or storms), strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or interventions, acts, restraints, or regulations imposed by any governmental authority, including compliance with any government order. Additionally, no refunds will be provided if a visa application is denied.
