Registration Notices
1. Payment should be made in EUR. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
2. Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from their departments should be provided.
3. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Please fill and return this registration form along with payment receipt to msam@msamconf.org / msam@academicconf.com. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact us for details).
4. The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee and paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Pay via Payoneer
If you prefer to pay via payoneer, please let us know at msam@msamconf.org or msam@academicconf.com. A payment link will be sent to your email per your request.

Bank Transfers
Please contact msam@msamconf.org / msam@academicconf.com for banking details. Bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to msam@msamconf.org / msam@academicconf.com.
• Before and on May 25, 2024: Full Refund
• From May 26 to June 28: 50% of Payment Refund;
• After June 29: No Refund.

Note: For the refund returned via Payoneer or bank transfer, there will be service fees charged by the bank. The exact service fees will be subjected to the actual processing fees incurred.

Transfer of registration
Fully paid registrations are transferable to participants from the same organization if registered person is unable to attend the event. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for refund.
